YANGG exists to help young Africans realize they are the solution to the challenges and opportunities of our continent. Through leadership development, entrepreneurship, and Pan-African collaboration, we channel youth energy into coordinated, lasting action.

Our vision & values
No ocean ever produces its own water. Just as seas and rivers join up to form an ocean, YANGG partners with organizations, governments, and individuals who share our dream of making Africa the tree of life — because the scale of our continent's work demands collaboration over competition.
Human integrity is not a debatable fact, and humanity is our most charitable religion. We uphold the dreams of our great leaders — a strong, united Africa with no disparity in race, sex, religion, or color — and treat every person we work with as a partner in that vision.
We want to make our continent a beautiful jewel, and we know one hand can never tie a bundle. YANGG encourages young Africans to be innovative, and we build strong bonds between members so the continent's problems are solved as a team — quickly, creatively, together.
